Founded by Sarah Dresher, an electrical engineer turned industry advocate, Luxury Integrated Technologies was created to bring something the channel was missing: a manufacturer’s representative with real technical depth, a passion for education, and the ability to connect design vision with integrated technology.
Today, LIT stands as a leading luxury residential technology specification representative in the Southeast & Florida, covering 7 states with a team of technical sales engineers. From lighting and shading to controls, audio/video, and power infrastructure, LIT represents some of the industry’s most forward-thinking brands while providing the technical expertise and support that dealers, designers, and manufacturers rely on.
Education is not an add-on at LIT — it is foundational to who they are. Through in-house design services, hands-on training, and LIT Studio, a signature event designed to connect and educate industry professionals, LIT is helping raise the standard for how technology is specified, supported, and experienced in the luxury home.

Sarah E. Dresher, MBA; CEO (GA & TN & AL & MS)
With a background in electrical engineering and over eight years of experience in the residential new construction and renovation market, Sarah Dresher is redefining how technology is integrated into design-driven spaces. As Founder and Principal of Luxury Integrated Technologies (LIT), Sarah leads with a rare blend of technical expertise, design sensitivity, and entrepreneurial vision.
After recognizing a critical gap in technology planning during the design phase, Sarah launched LIT in 2022 to bridge the disconnect between integrators, architects, and designers. Today, her firm represents a curated portfolio of best-in-class manufacturers and collaborates with top integrators to deliver invisible, intuitive technology that enhances the beauty and functionality of luxury homes.
A certified presenter with both the AIA and IDCEC, Sarah is a trusted educator and advocate for smarter, more seamless integration practices. Her leadership has rapidly positioned LIT as a go-to resource across the Southeast U.S.—bringing eight premium brands to market and helping design professionals preserve architectural intent without compromising on innovation. Whether speaking at industry summits or guiding clients through complex design challenges, Sarah brings a clear passion for elevating the role of women in the custom integration space. Stacy Barbara has worked in the Engineering and Construction industries for over 25 years. During that time, she held the positions of Budget Analyst and Project Coordinator. Stacy moved from New Jersey to North Carolina where she joined Luxury Integrated Technologies (LIT) as the Inside Sales Manager. With her strong computer skills, organizational ability as well as interpersonal skills she will be a valued addition to the LIT organization. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and listening to live music.

With a bachelor’s degree in film and video production and creative writing, Deb transitioned her account management and communication skills from ad agency work to become a manufacturers’ rep for smart home electronics.
After working in the consumer electronics industry for 11 years, she now helps integrators in the Southeast build their business with audio video integration; lighting control; fixtures; automated shading and energy management. Deb is a certified presenter for CEU credits for architects and designers and has 20 years of public speaking experience.
