Today, on this day of pranks and jokes known as “April Fools’ Day” in the United States, Severtson is once again shaking things up, with its alternative solution of “shaking the audience” rather than “shaking the screen!”

Initial testing has shown shaking the audience to be quite effective. Viewers leave the movie not having noticed the least bit of laser speckle, although some have commented that they’ve ‘felt a little jittered afterwards’.”
